The Work
- Structure, draft, and negotiate intellectual property and commercial agreements for information technology companies and matters.
- Develop and negotiate license agreements that address the commercial and intellectual property terms of technology arrangements.
- Advise on services, development, distribution, and partnering agreements, working through the terms that shape how technology companies collaborate and operate.
- Handle intellectual property aspects of mergers and acquisitions, contributing IP transaction work within multidisciplinary deal teams.
- Support public offerings and financings on intellectual property matters, coordinating the relevant work across broader transactions.
- Work with technology companies at different stages of growth and contribute to building and expanding an established national practice.
What You Bring
- Four to six years of associate experience, with a background in intellectual property transactions.
- Strong interest in a practice focused on intellectual property and commercial transactions for technology companies.
- Experience structuring, drafting, and negotiating technology-related commercial agreements.
- Superior academic credentials and excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.
- A technical or science background is beneficial but not required.
- Digital health experience is a plus.

Compensation & Benefits
The stated salary is $310,000–$390,000 based on year classification, and discretionary merit bonuses may be awarded.
