The Work
- Advise private and public companies of varying sizes on privacy, data processing, and cybersecurity issues arising in corporate and technology transactions.
- Work on mergers and acquisitions, addressing privacy and data considerations as part of transaction-related counseling.
- Support public offerings and advise on relevant privacy, data processing, and cybersecurity matters.
- Counsel on other commercial and strategic transactions involving technology and data-related issues.
- Engage with matters across artificial intelligence and machine learning, cloud computing, software, and fintech.
- Contribute to a practice that encompasses the full range of privacy, data processing, and cybersecurity matters on transactions.
What You Bring
- One to seven years of legal experience, with experience in mergers and acquisitions, capital markets, technology transactions, or other transactional work.
- A J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school and superior academic credentials.
- Experience or interest in advising on privacy, data processing, and cybersecurity issues in transactional settings.
- Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Experience with technology industries is desirable.
- Experience with regulatory policy or enforcement is desirable; CIPP certification is a plus.

Compensation & Benefits
The stated salary range is $225,000–$420,000 based on year classification, and discretionary merit bonuses may be awarded.
