Our client is seeking an associate to join a multidisciplinary practice advising on rapidly evolving AI, cybersecurity, privacy, and technology landscapes. Based in Washington, D.C., this opportunity is scheduled to begin in Fall 2027 and welcomes candidates with relevant legal or non-legal experience.
The Work
- Assist clients as they navigate issues arising from rapidly evolving artificial intelligence, cybersecurity, data privacy, and technology developments.
- Contribute to client work across connected subject areas, working within a multidisciplinary practice focused on the intersection of technology and legal concerns.
- Engage with matters involving AI, cybersecurity, privacy, and technology, with scope reflecting the practice’s broad focus rather than a single subject area.
- Bring relevant experience and perspective to client work, including knowledge developed in government, technology, or consulting roles focused on these issues.
What You Bring
- Approximately 3–6 years of relevant experience.
- Strong academic achievement.
- Solid law firm experience is preferred.
- A strong interest in artificial intelligence, data privacy, and cybersecurity is desired.
- Relevant work in federal government, technology, or consulting focused on AI, cybersecurity, or data privacy is welcome, including non-legal experience.

Compensation & Benefits
The supplied compensation figure is an estimate of $260,000–$390,000 based on the 2026 Cravath base scale; it is not confirmed firm-stated compensation.
