Our client is seeking a mid-level litigator to work on consequential disputes involving emerging media technologies. You’ll help develop legal arguments around constitutional protections and platform accountability while collaborating closely with experienced attorneys and clients.
The Work
- Represent major technology companies in high-profile litigation involving media platforms and emerging technologies.
- Analyze how First Amendment and other constitutional protections apply to evolving forms of media and technology.
- Play a significant role in platform defense cases, contributing to litigation strategy and case development.
- Work on affirmative constitutional challenges that address the legal boundaries governing media technologies.
- Handle matters involving Section 230 and regulatory enforcement, collaborating closely with partners and clients.
What You Bring
- Four to six years of relevant litigation experience.
- Strong legal research, analytical, and writing skills, with experience handling complex cases.
- Ability and interest in developing subject matter expertise in First Amendment and media technology issues.
- Excellent judgment, attention to detail, and a proactive, solutions-oriented approach to client needs.
- Collaborative working style and comfort partnering with clients and colleagues, including mentoring junior team members.
- Admission to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction.

Compensation & Benefits
The stated annual salary range is $225,000–$330,000, with actual pay based on job-related factors; eligible full-time employees may also qualify for a discretionary annual bonus and benefits.
