Position overview

A Philadelphia corporate team is seeking an associate with 2-4 years of experience to advise high-growth companies across important stages of their development. The work spans private and public company matters in life sciences, healthcare and technology, including financings, public offerings, M&A and corporate governance.

The Work

  • Advise venture-backed private companies on lifecycle corporate and transactional matters as they grow and pursue new sources of capital.
  • Work on equity financings for private and public companies, contributing to transactions that support business growth.
  • Participate in IPOs and registered equity offerings, including matters involving public-company work.
  • Provide ongoing SEC representation to public companies on their continuing corporate needs.
  • Support mergers and acquisitions involving high-growth companies in life sciences, healthcare and technology.
  • Assist with corporate governance matters for private and public company clients.

What You Bring

  • 2-4 years of experience in a broad range of corporate and transactional matters.
  • Experience with public-company work, registered equity offerings and ongoing SEC representation.
  • Experience handling or supporting M&A transactions.
  • Experience across company lifecycle matters, including equity financing and corporate governance.
  • Life sciences company experience is preferred; candidates with an interest in life sciences work may also be considered.

Compensation & Benefits

The estimated base salary range is $235,000-$310,000; this range is an estimate and is not firm-stated compensation.
