Our client is seeking a corporate associate with 2–4 years of experience to advise high-growth life sciences, healthcare, and technology companies through pivotal stages of development. Based in Redwood City, this role offers a broad mix of private-company, public-company, financing, and strategic transaction work.
The Work
- Support venture-backed private companies through equity financings and other corporate transactions as they grow.
- Work on registered equity offerings and IPOs, helping companies navigate the transition to public markets.
- Contribute to ongoing SEC representation and public-company matters for clients.
- Assist with mergers and acquisitions involving life sciences, healthcare, and technology companies.
- Advise on corporate governance matters across the company lifecycle.
- Work with clients operating in the US, Asia, and other markets on a varied range of corporate needs.
What You Bring
- 2–4 years of experience in corporate and transactional matters.
- Experience across a broad range of company lifecycle matters.
- Experience with public company work.
- Experience with registered equity offerings and ongoing SEC representation.
- Experience handling or supporting M&A transactions.
- Interest in life sciences work; direct experience with life sciences companies is preferred but not required.
