Our client is seeking an attorney with 1–7 years of experience to advise on privacy, data processing, and cybersecurity issues embedded in corporate and technology transactions. The Work
- Advise on privacy, data processing, and cybersecurity matters arising throughout corporate and technology transactions.
- Support mergers and acquisitions, including analysis of privacy and data issues relevant to transaction planning and execution.
- Work on public offerings and other capital markets matters involving data and cybersecurity considerations.
- Counsel on commercial and strategic transactions, helping clients address privacy and data obligations in their business arrangements.
- Serve clients across industries that include artificial intelligence and machine learning, cloud computing, software, and fintech.
- Engage with private and public companies of varying sizes on a broad range of transactional privacy matters.
What You Bring
- 1–7 years of attorney experience; transactional experience is required.
- Experience with mergers and acquisitions, capital markets, technology transactions, or other transactional work.
- Knowledge or experience involving privacy, data processing, or cybersecurity matters in a transactional context.
- Experience with technology industries is desirable.
- Experience with regulatory policy or enforcement is desirable.
- CIPP certification is a plus.
- J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school and superior academic credentials.
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.

Compensation & Benefits
The stated salary range is $225,000–$420,000 based on year classification, and discretionary merit bonuses may be awarded.
