The Work
- Contribute to the Corporate group's work while building practical legal skills and developing an understanding of client needs.
- Conduct legal research and apply analytical and problem-solving skills to support assigned work.

- Communicate effectively with clients, lawyers, business professionals, and third parties as work requires.

What You Bring
- Be a current third-year law student with an anticipated spring 2027 graduation date.
- Hold or be pursuing a JD from an accredited law school.
- Bring strong analytical and written communication skills, with careful attention to detail.
