Our client is seeking a Global Finance Associate with 5-8 years of experience to join its fund finance and structured capital practice in New York City. The role offers direct work with leading fund finance and investment funds practitioners, meaningful client interaction, and involvement in cutting-edge financing transactions primarily on the sponsor side.
The Work
- Work directly with leading fund finance and investment funds practitioners on financing transactions, with a focus primarily on sponsor-side matters.
- Participate in cutting-edge financing transactions within the fund finance and structured capital practice.
- Engage meaningfully with clients in connection with the team’s financing work.
- Work alongside practitioners in both fund finance and investment funds, developing exposure across these related areas.
- Contribute to a practice that handles sponsor-side financing transactions and provides direct access to experienced practitioners.
What You Bring
- Candidates should have 5-8 years of relevant legal experience; the search is focused on law school classes 2018 to 2021.
- Experience or demonstrated familiarity with fund finance and structured capital matters.
- Knowledge of investment funds work relevant to financing transactions.
- Experience with or interest in sponsor-side financing transactions.
- Strong communication skills and readiness to interact meaningfully with clients.

Compensation & Benefits
The firm-stated annual compensation range is $365,000-$435,000, with the salary offered depending on qualifications and operational considerations.
