Our client is seeking a Finance Associate with 4–9 years of experience for a New York City practice focused on private credit and syndicated debt finance. Candidates may bring borrower-side, lender-side, or combined representation experience.
The Work
- Represent borrowers, lenders, or both in private credit financing matters, applying experience from either side of the transaction.
- Work on syndicated debt finance matters as part of a practice seeking experience across borrower and lender representations.
- Contribute relevant experience in private equity acquisition finance transactions.
- Bring experience with liability management matters to the finance practice.
- Apply special situations finance experience to the team's financing work.
What You Bring
- Four to nine years of relevant finance experience; candidates in the Class of 2017–2022 range are sought.
- Experience in private credit and syndicated debt finance at a peer firm.
- Experience representing borrowers, lenders, or both is welcome.
- At least some exposure to private equity acquisition finance, liability management, or special situations finance.
- A background aligned with a transactional finance practice and the ability to work across the stated financing areas.

Compensation & Benefits
The position offers a stated annual compensation range of $260,000–$435,000, with the salary offered dependent on qualifications and operational considerations.
