Our client is seeking an ERISA litigation associate with 4–6 years of experience to join its Dallas team. This opportunity focuses on complex ERISA class actions and employee benefits disputes for leading companies and financial institutions.
The Work
- Litigate ERISA class actions involving fiduciary duty claims and other complex employee benefits disputes.
- Work on excessive fee litigation involving retirement plans and related ERISA issues.
- Handle matters involving both defined contribution and defined benefit retirement plans.
- Contribute to high-stakes cases for leading companies and financial institutions.
- Work collaboratively with the team on complex disputes across the ERISA litigation practice.
What You Bring
- Four to six years of experience, with candidates from law school classes 2020 through 2022 encouraged to apply.
- Substantive experience litigating ERISA class actions.
- Experience with ERISA fiduciary duty claims and excessive fee litigation.
- Background in complex employee benefits disputes involving defined contribution and/or defined benefit retirement plans.
- Ability to contribute to high-stakes litigation matters in a collaborative team environment.

Compensation & Benefits
The stated annual compensation range is $260,000–$365,000, depending on qualifications and operational considerations.
