Our client is seeking an Environmental Regulatory Associate with 3-6 years of experience to join its Environmental and Mass Tort Department in Atlanta. The practice advises clients on environmental matters involving air, water, and land, through counseling, negotiations, and litigation.
The Work
- Provide guidance to clients on environmental law matters involving air, water, and land, supporting practical counseling across the practice’s full range of media.
- Contribute to environmental regulatory counseling matters, helping clients address legal issues and questions across the practice area.
- Support environmental negotiations, assisting with matters in which the practice works toward negotiated outcomes.
- Contribute to environmental litigation matters, supporting disputes handled by the practice.
- Work on environmental enforcement and regulatory matters as part of a team that handles issues through counseling, negotiations, and litigation.
What You Bring
- 3-6 years of relevant experience.
- Experience or demonstrated interest in environmental law matters involving air, water, or land.
- Ability to provide clear guidance on environmental legal issues.
- Capability to contribute to counseling, negotiation, and litigation matters.
- Interest in environmental enforcement and regulatory counseling work.
