Our client is seeking an associate or counsel with 4–8 years of experience to join a mission-driven Energy and Climate Solutions practice in Boston, working on complex energy and infrastructure development projects, including matters that are often first-of-a-kind.
The Work
- Advise on engineering and construction law matters in connection with energy and infrastructure project development.
- Work on commercial procurement contracts supporting the development of energy and infrastructure projects.
- Contribute to complex projects across technologies such as solar PV, stand-alone battery storage, and solar-plus-storage.
- Work on matters involving wind, geothermal, nuclear, carbon capture and storage, direct air capture, carbon removal, and biomass.
- Engage with project development work involving transportation fuels, EV charging, hydrogen, fuel cells, renewable chemicals, data centers, and transmission.
What You Bring
- 4–8 years of relevant legal experience.
- Experience with engineering and construction law matters.
- Experience with commercial procurement contracts.
- Background advising on energy or infrastructure project development.

Compensation & Benefits
The stated salary range is $310,000–$435,000, based on year classification, and discretionary merit bonuses may be awarded.
