Our client is seeking an E-Discovery Staff Attorney with 3–6 years of experience to join its Commercial Litigation Department in Richmond, Virginia. The department handles commercial matters in courtrooms and tribunals around the world, with a focus on practical, cost-effective solutions that support clients’ business goals.
The Work
- Contribute as an E-Discovery Staff Attorney within a Commercial Litigation Department handling disputes for business clients.
- Work in a commercial litigation environment involving complex financial structures, strategic transactions, and business relationships.
- Support a team that litigates and defends clients’ interests in commercial matters in courts and tribunals around the world.
- Contribute to the department’s business-minded approach to resolving commercial matters efficiently and cost-effectively.
- Collaborate within a team of more than 250 commercial litigators, including attorneys with first-chair trial experience.
- Specific workflows and individual assignment responsibilities will be discussed with candidates.
What You Bring
- Three to six years of legal experience, consistent with the stated experience range for the position.
- A background relevant to an E-Discovery Staff Attorney role.
- Interest or experience in commercial litigation and business disputes.
- Ability to engage with matters involving complex financial structures, strategic transactions, or business relationships.

Compensation & Benefits
