Position overview

This fall 2027 opportunity invites current third-year law students to join a Corporate group, strengthen core legal skills through challenging work, and develop insight into client needs while contributing in a collaborative environment.

The Work

  • Conduct legal research and analyze questions arising in the Corporate group’s work, applying careful reasoning and problem-solving skills.
  • Prepare accurate, timely written work product and other deliverables, with attention to detail and responsiveness.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, lawyers, business professionals, and third parties as matters and assignments require.
  • Organize assignments, meet deadlines, and manage competing demands in a fast-paced practice environment.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues while also taking responsibility for assigned tasks and producing high-quality work.

What You Bring

  • Current third-year law student with an anticipated spring 2027 graduation and availability to begin in fall 2027.
  • Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school by the time of employment.
  • Strong analytical, research, and written communication skills, with careful attention to detail.
  • Sound business judgment and the ability to understand and respond to client needs.
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage deadlines and competing priorities.
  • Ability to work effectively both collaboratively and independently, with strong oral communication and problem-solving capabilities.
