The Work
- Prepare timely, accurate written work product in support of the Corporate group, with attention to detail and quality.
- Communicate clearly and responsively with clients, lawyers, business professionals, and third parties by phone and in writing.
- Conduct research and apply analytical and problem-solving skills to assigned projects and questions.
- Organize work, meet deadlines, and manage competing demands in a fast-paced environment.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues while exercising initiative and handling assignments independently as appropriate.
What You Bring
- Current third-year law student with an anticipated spring 2027 graduation.
- Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school.
- Strong analytical, research, and written communication skills, with careful attention to detail.
- Sound business judgment and the ability to understand and respond to client needs.
- Excellent organization and demonstrated ability to manage deadlines and competing priorities.
- Clear oral communication, persuasive communication, and problem-solving capabilities.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively.
