Join a growing practice advising leading technology companies as they navigate cybersecurity incidents, complex investigations and evolving AI and privacy regulation. This Los Angeles opportunity offers meaningful responsibility across crisis response, counseling, regulatory defense and technology-related matters.

The Work

  • Advise companies responding to cybersecurity incidents, helping guide incident response, crisis management and related legal strategy.
  • Represent clients in investigations involving cybersecurity, artificial intelligence and privacy, including regulatory defense matters.
  • Counsel private-sector companies on cybersecurity and privacy best practices and regulatory compliance as requirements evolve.
  • Bring cybersecurity expertise to technology and corporate transactions, helping assess and address relevant legal issues.
  • Advise cybersecurity companies on legal compliance related to security research and threat intelligence activities.
  • Take on significant responsibility in a growing practice serving leading technology companies on complex cyber, AI and privacy matters.

What You Bring

  • Three or more years of relevant experience in incident response, cybersecurity investigations, private-sector cybersecurity counseling or cybersecurity-facing government work.
  • A J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school.
  • Superior academic credentials.
  • Strong verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Experience with cybersecurity or privacy matters in a state or federal government agency is valued.

Compensation & Benefits

The stated salary range is $260,000–$435,000 based on year classification, and discretionary merit bonuses may be awarded.
