Our client is seeking a Corporate Finance Associate with 1–5 years of experience to join its New York City practice. The role offers exposure to commercial finance and debt capital markets transactions for technology and growth companies, from venture-backed startups to public-market leaders.
The Work
- Assist issuers with convertible, high-yield, and investment-grade bond transactions, supporting financings across a range of debt capital markets.
- Work on broadly syndicated, club, and bilateral corporate credit facilities for borrowers across varied financing needs.
- Contribute to acquisition financings, including credit arrangements supporting corporate transactions.
- Assist with asset-based lending transactions and the financing structures they involve.
- Work on venture debt matters for companies at earlier stages of growth.
- Support financing work for technology and growth companies ranging from venture-backed startups to public-market leaders.
What You Bring
- One to five years of experience in commercial finance and/or debt capital markets.
- Transactional experience and strong academic credentials.
- Experience with issuers of convertible, high-yield, or investment-grade bonds is valued.
- Experience with borrowers entering into broadly syndicated, club, or bilateral corporate credit facilities is valued.
- Experience involving acquisition financings, asset-based lending, or venture debt is relevant.
- Admission to the New York bar is required.

Compensation & Benefits
The stated salary range is $225,000–$365,000, based on year classification, with discretionary merit bonuses also possible.
