Our client is seeking a midlevel associate with 4–6 years of experience to join its privacy litigation team in Dallas. The practice handles cutting-edge issues for sophisticated companies and innovative businesses across technology, media, retail, and other sectors.
The Work
- Contribute to matters through the pretrial litigation lifecycle, including briefing, written discovery, document production, and depositions.
- Draft and help develop persuasive briefs and other litigation submissions addressing privacy and related legal issues.
- Manage written discovery and document production work, exercising sound judgment and attention to detail throughout the process.
- Prepare for and participate in depositions as part of litigation matters for clients in technology, retail, media, and other sectors.
- Analyze and interpret applicable laws and regulations and contribute to case strategy in collaboration with colleagues and clients.
- Work directly and collaboratively with clients, supporting a client-centered approach and excellent service.
What You Bring
- 4–6 years of experience in litigation, with experience and enthusiasm for all stages of pretrial practice.
- Strong briefing, written discovery, document production, and deposition skills.
- Ability to analyze and interpret laws and regulations and contribute thoughtfully to litigation strategy.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills and strong interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure and Texas Rules of Civil Procedure.
- Commitment to excellent client service, a client-centered practice, and collaborative work with clients.
- Passion for technology and interest in privacy litigation and cutting-edge issues.
- Superior academic credentials; experience at a top AmLaw firm is sought.

Compensation & Benefits
The position is eligible for an annual discretionary bonus, with stated compensation of $260,000–$420,000, plus a 401(k), medical, dental, and vision insurance, personal medical and parental leave, up to ten paid holidays, and family care benefits.
