Our client is seeking a Capital Markets Associate in New York City with 3–5 years of experience and extensive experience with U.S. securities offerings. The associate will join the client’s Capital Markets team.
The Work
- Work as an associate on capital markets matters involving U.S. securities offerings.
- Apply extensive experience with U.S. securities offerings as part of the Capital Markets team.
- Contribute to the team’s U.S. securities offering practice across matters within the role’s scope.
- Bring a capital markets focus to work centered on U.S. securities offerings.
What You Bring
- 3–5 years of legal experience; the stated target law school classes are 2021–2023.
- Extensive capital markets experience.
- Experience with U.S. securities offerings.
- Interest in joining a Capital Markets team focused on U.S. securities offerings.

Compensation & Benefits
The stated annual compensation range is $235,000–$310,000, depending on qualifications and operational considerations.
