Join a Chicago litigation team handling complex disputes and investigations across securities, class actions, cyber matters, commercial conflicts and other demanding areas. This opportunity offers an experienced attorney meaningful exposure to substantive case work, from discovery and briefing through pretrial preparation.
The Work
- Handle discovery, develop case materials and contribute to written advocacy in complex litigation.
- Prepare for trial by supporting pretrial work and helping advance matters through key litigation stages.
- Work on securities litigation, class actions and multidistrict litigation, including matters requiring analysis of complex factual and legal issues.
- Contribute to cyber litigation and commercial contractual disputes; exposure to cybersecurity and data privacy work is a plus.
- Support matters involving fraud, breach of fiduciary duty, tortious interference, merger-related litigation and control disputes.
- Assist with litigation connected to bankruptcy and restructuring issues, as well as regulatory investigations.
What You Bring
- Four to six years of litigation experience, including substantial experience handling complex litigation matters.
- Experience with discovery, brief writing and pretrial preparation.
- Illinois bar admission is required.
- Experience with complex disputes or white collar matters is valued, including securities litigation, class actions, MDLs or regulatory investigations.
- Experience or interest in cybersecurity and data privacy is a plus.
- Strong academic achievement is preferred.
- Experience in the litigation practice of a peer firm is preferred.

Compensation & Benefits
The stated expected starting base salary is $310,000–$390,000, and the role may be eligible for a discretionary year-end bonus.
