The Work
- Draft briefs and contribute to written advocacy in multidistrict litigation, state coordinated actions, and complex product liability defense matters.
- Manage discovery workflows and help develop factual records across matters involving multiple jurisdictions.
- Work on expert development, including helping build and coordinate the expert record as cases progress.
- Assist with fact development and prepare for depositions, contributing to witness preparation and case strategy.
- Participate in deposition and trial preparation on complex, high-stakes disputes.
- Collaborate with colleagues across offices and communicate with clients while managing multiple active workflows.
What You Bring
- A candidate in the Class of 2027 or a judicial clerk completing their term and available to begin in Fall 2027.
- Strong analytical skills and excellent legal writing ability.
- Ability to draft clear, persuasive briefs and other litigation work product.
- Interest or experience in multidistrict litigation, state coordinated actions, or complex product liability defense.
- Capacity to manage multiple workflows in a busy, fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work collaboratively with clients and colleagues across teams and offices.
