Position overview

Join a Los Angeles real estate team working across sophisticated commercial transactions, with exposure to property acquisitions and sales as well as financing, partnerships, fund formation, and leasing. This opportunity is designed for an associate ready to deepen experience across varied real estate matters.

The Work

  • Work on commercial real estate acquisitions, contributing to transactions involving the purchase of commercial property.
  • Work on dispositions, developing experience with commercial property sale transactions.
  • Contribute to real estate financings as part of a practice handling a broad range of sophisticated commercial matters.
  • Work on joint ventures and fund formation, gaining exposure to the structures used in real estate investment activity.
  • Assist with commercial real estate leasing matters as part of a varied transactional practice.
  • Build experience across multiple transaction types within the Los Angeles real estate group.

What You Bring

  • Three to four years of legal experience, with the role targeted to associates in the class of 2022 or 2023.
  • Experience working on commercial real estate transactions.
  • Experience with one or more of acquisitions, dispositions, financings, joint ventures, fund formation, or leasing is relevant to the practice.
  • High level of academic achievement.
  • Experience at a solid law firm is preferred.

Compensation & Benefits

The stated base salary range is $260,000–$310,000, and the position may be eligible for a discretionary year-end bonus.
