Join a finance practice handling a range of general financing work, with the opportunity to develop strong loan-documentation skills and bring your experience to matters involving data centers or digital infrastructure. The role is available in Los Angeles or Palo Alto.
The Work
- Draft and negotiate commitment papers, security agreements, credit agreements, and other loan documents.
- Support financing matters from the preparation of core documentation through negotiation of transaction terms.
- Apply UCC experience to secured financing work and related documentation.
- Contribute general corporate experience to the broader needs of finance transactions.
- Bring relevant experience to data center or digital infrastructure matters, an area identified as a plus for the role.
What You Bring
- Candidates in the 2023–2025 class range with approximately one year of relevant experience.
- General finance experience, including familiarity with financing transactions and loan documentation.
- Ability to draft and negotiate commitment papers, security agreements, credit agreements, and other loan documents.
- UCC experience and a foundation in general corporate work.
- High academic achievement is preferred.
- Experience at a peer firm is preferred.
- Data center or digital infrastructure experience is a plus.

Compensation & Benefits
The stated starting base salary is $225,000–$260,000, and associates may be eligible for a discretionary year-end bonus.
