Our client is seeking a midlevel associate with 3–5 years of litigation experience to join a growing healthcare practice in Seattle, with Los Angeles also available as a preferred location. The work spans sophisticated healthcare disputes and regulatory enforcement matters, with close partner mentorship and meaningful opportunities to take responsibility.
The Work
- Contribute to healthcare litigation and commercial disputes involving healthcare providers, systems, and other industry participants.
- Work on medical staff and peer review matters, developing experience with disputes affecting healthcare organizations and professionals.
- Assist with licensing matters, board actions, and administrative enforcement proceedings.
- Support fraud and abuse investigations and enforcement matters, including related litigation and regulatory issues.
- Handle research, writing, advocacy, and case management tasks as matters progress through different stages of dispute resolution.
- Coordinate collaboratively across teams while managing multiple healthcare litigation and regulatory matters.
What You Bring
- 3–5 years of litigation experience; law firm experience is preferred.
- Strong legal writing, research, advocacy, and case management skills.
- Experience handling litigation matters through various stages of dispute resolution.
- Interest in healthcare law, regulatory enforcement, and complex disputes.
- Ability to manage multiple matters and collaborate effectively across teams.
- Strong academic credentials and excellent professional judgment.

Compensation & Benefits
The stated annualized salary range is $225,000–$315,000; full-time employees may also be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus and benefits that include medical, dental, vision, life, and disability coverage, paid time off, and retirement and flexible spending programs.
