Our client is seeking a mid-level associate to join its New York IP and technology transactions group. The role offers the opportunity to contribute experience in this practice while working collaboratively with lawyers across offices and practice areas.
The Work

What You Bring
- Approximately three years of relevant experience; candidates in the 2022–2023 class years are sought.
- Experience in IP and technology transactions.
- Solid law firm experience is preferred.
- Ability to work effectively as part of teams across offices and practice areas.
- High academic achievement is preferred.
- Active membership in the New York bar is ideal.

Compensation & Benefits
