Position overview

Our client is seeking a Fall 2027 entry-level associate to join its Corporate group in Reston. This opportunity is intended for current third-year law students graduating in spring 2027 who want to develop practical legal skills, strengthen their business judgment, and learn how to respond to client needs.

The Work

  • Prepare timely, accurate work product and deliverables, with care for detail and responsiveness to deadlines.
  • Conduct legal research and apply analytical and problem-solving skills to support the Corporate group’s work.
  • Communicate verbally and in writing with clients, lawyers, business professionals, and third parties.
  • Respond efficiently to correspondence and other requests while managing competing demands in a fast-paced environment.
  • Contribute both independently and collaboratively, building understanding of client needs and effective working relationships.

What You Bring

  • Current third-year law student with an anticipated spring 2027 graduation date.
  • JD from an accredited law school.

Compensation & Benefits

The stated expected salary is $225,000, depending on qualifications.
