Position overview

Our client is seeking current third-year law students graduating in spring 2027 to join its Corporate group in Palo Alto in fall 2027. This entry-level opportunity is for entrepreneurial, thoughtful candidates eager to strengthen their legal skills and gain insight into client needs while working collaboratively.

The Work

  • Prepare timely, accurate, high-quality legal work product for the Corporate group, responding efficiently to assignments and deadlines.
  • Conduct research and apply analytical and problem-solving skills to support the team's work and address client needs.
  • Communicate professionally with clients, lawyers, business professionals, and third parties, both verbally and in writing.
  • Organize assignments and manage competing demands in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Contribute both independently and collaboratively, building effective working relationships across the team.

What You Bring

  • Be a current third-year law student with an anticipated spring 2027 graduation date.
  • Hold a JD from an accredited law school by the time required for the position.
  • Demonstrate strong analytical, research, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Bring strong written and oral communication skills, including clear and persuasive communication.
  • Exercise sound business judgment, conceptual thinking, and close attention to detail.
  • Show excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage deadlines and competing demands.
  • Work effectively both independently and collaboratively, with the ability to influence others and contribute to team efforts.

Compensation & Benefits

The posted expected salary is $225,000, and the benefits package includes medical, dental, and vision insurance and a 401(k).
