Join a collaborative corporate group for a fall 2027 associate start, where emerging lawyers can build core legal skills, strengthen business judgment, and develop insight into client needs. This opportunity is intended for current third-year law students anticipating spring 2027 graduation.

The Work

  • Conduct legal research and use analytical and problem-solving skills to support corporate group work and respond to client needs.
  • Prepare timely, accurate, high-quality written work product, with close attention to detail and applicable deadlines.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, lawyers, business professionals, and third parties through written correspondence, calls, and meetings.
  • Manage assigned responsibilities in a fast-paced environment, working both independently and collaboratively as priorities evolve.
  • Apply conceptual thinking and sound business judgment while developing a practical understanding of client needs.
  • Contribute to constructive working relationships and responsive service across matters and teams.

What You Bring

  • Current third-year law student with an anticipated spring 2027 graduation and a JD from an accredited law school.
  • Strong analytical, research, and problem-solving skills.
  • Demonstrated oral and written communication skills, including persuasive communication.
  • Careful attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
  • Good business judgment and the ability to think conceptually about legal and client needs.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and independently, manage competing demands, and meet deadlines.
  • Motivation to build legal skills, learn about client needs, and bring an entrepreneurial mindset and creative thinking to the work.

Compensation & Benefits

The stated expected salary is $225,000, depending on qualifications, and the benefits package includes medical, dental, and vision insurance and a 401(k).
