Our client is seeking an attorney with 1–7 years of experience to advise on privacy, data processing, and cybersecurity matters arising in corporate and technology transactions. Based in Boulder, this role offers exposure to a broad range of company sizes, industries, and deal types.
The Work
- Advise on privacy, data processing, and cybersecurity matters in connection with mergers and acquisitions, including transactions involving private and public companies.
- Support privacy and data-related advice on public offerings, bringing these considerations into capital markets transactions.
- Address transactional privacy and cybersecurity issues in other commercial and strategic transactions.
- Work across matters involving companies in artificial intelligence and machine learning, cloud computing, software, and fintech.
- Contribute to a team advising companies of all sizes on the full range of privacy, data processing, and cybersecurity matters arising in corporate and technology transactions.
What You Bring
- One to seven years of legal experience.
- Experience with mergers and acquisitions, capital markets, technology transactions, or other transactional work is required.
- A J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school and superior academic credentials are required.
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills are required.
- Experience with technology industries, regulatory policy, or enforcement is desirable.
- CIPP certification is a plus.

Compensation & Benefits
The stated salary range is $225,000–$420,000 based on year classification, with discretionary merit bonuses also possible.
