Our client is seeking an experienced attorney to join a complex antitrust practice handling significant civil litigation and investigations. The work spans plaintiff-side and defense-side matters involving market-leading companies in highly competitive industries, with opportunities to contribute to merger and other agency investigations as needed.
The Work
- Assume significant responsibility for complex civil antitrust litigation, contributing to matters involving major companies and competitive markets.
- Work on both plaintiff-side and defense-side matters, engaging with a broad range of litigation perspectives and strategies.
- Contribute to antitrust investigations, including matters involving mergers and other agency inquiries as needed.
- Handle matters involving companies in technology, life sciences, medical, media, financial services, transportation, and consumer products.
- Work on high-profile matters that may present complex issues across some of the most competitive sectors of the economy.
What You Bring
- At least seven years of experience in a law firm or government agency.
- Experience handling civil antitrust litigation and investigations.
- Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Superior academic credentials.
- Technology or life sciences sector experience is preferred, but not required.
- Experience with non-antitrust government investigations is valued.
- Clerkship or judicial internship experience is valued.

Compensation & Benefits
The stated salary is $420,000–$435,000 based on year classification, and discretionary merit bonuses may also be awarded.
