Position overview

A confidential opportunity is available for an experienced attorney to take on significant responsibility in complex competition litigation and investigations. The practice represents market-leading companies across highly competitive industries and handles matters on both the plaintiff and defense sides.

The Work

  • Assume significant responsibility in civil antitrust litigation, contributing to complex matters for market-leading companies.
  • Work on antitrust investigations, including proceedings involving government agencies.
  • Support merger matters and other antitrust agency investigations as needed.
  • Engage with a broad range of industries, including technology, life sciences, medical, media, financial services, transportation, and consumer products.
  • Work across both plaintiff-side and defense-side matters in a practice with a robust portfolio of high-profile cases.

What You Bring

  • At least seven years of experience at a law firm or government agency.
  • Substantial experience in civil antitrust litigation and investigations.
  • Superior academic credentials.
  • Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in technology or life sciences is preferred, but not required.
  • Experience with non-antitrust government investigations is valued.
  • Clerkship or judicial internship experience is also valued.

Compensation & Benefits

The firm-stated salary range is $420,000–$435,000 based on year classification, and discretionary merit bonuses may be awarded.
