A confidential opportunity for an attorney with 3–6 years of law firm or government agency experience to take on significant responsibility in complex, high-profile antitrust matters. The practice spans plaintiff-side and defense-side work involving companies in some of the most competitive sectors of the economy.
The Work
- Contribute substantially to civil antitrust litigation on both the plaintiff and defense sides, working on complex matters involving market-leading companies.
- Work on antitrust investigations, with significant responsibility within the practice’s litigation and investigations work.
- Participate, as needed, in merger-related antitrust investigations and other investigations by antitrust agencies.
- Engage with matters involving companies in technology, life sciences, medical, media, financial services, transportation, and consumer products.
- Support a broad portfolio of high-profile cases across competitive industries and varied plaintiff-side and defense-side matters.
What You Bring
- 3–6 years of experience at a law firm or government agency.
- Experience or demonstrated interest in antitrust litigation and investigations.
- Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.
- Superior academic credentials.
- Technology or life sciences sector experience is preferred, but not required.
- Experience with non-antitrust government investigations is valued.
- Judicial clerkship or judicial internship experience is valued.

Compensation & Benefits
The stated salary range is $260,000–$390,000 based on year classification, and discretionary merit bonuses may also be awarded.
