This Washington, DC opportunity offers significant responsibility for an associate with 3–6 years of firm or government agency experience.
The Work
- Contribute to complex civil antitrust litigation involving market-leading companies and significant competition issues.
- Work on both plaintiff-side and defense-side matters, gaining exposure to different perspectives and litigation strategies.
- Assume significant responsibility in antitrust investigations, supporting matters involving companies in highly competitive sectors.
- Participate, as needed, in merger-related and other antitrust agency investigations.
- Engage with matters spanning technology, life sciences, medical, media, financial services, transportation, and consumer products.
What You Bring
- Three to six years of experience at a law firm or government agency.
- Experience relevant to civil antitrust litigation and investigations.
- Ability to take on significant responsibility in complex litigation and investigation matters.
- Superior academic credentials.
- Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.
- Technology or life sciences sector experience is preferred, but not required.
- Experience with non-antitrust government investigations is valued.
- Clerkship or judicial internship experience is valued.

Compensation & Benefits
The stated salary range is $260,000–$390,000, based on year classification, and discretionary merit bonuses may also be awarded.
