Our client is seeking an associate with 3–6 years of law firm or government agency experience to join a demanding antitrust litigation practice. The work includes complex, high-profile matters for companies operating in some of the most competitive sectors of the economy, with exposure to both plaintiff-side and defense-side cases.
The Work
- Assume significant responsibility in civil antitrust litigation, contributing to complex matters involving market-leading companies.
- Work on antitrust investigations, including matters involving merger review and other agency inquiries as needed.
- Contribute to plaintiff-side and defense-side matters, gaining exposure to different perspectives on competition disputes.
- Engage with matters involving technology, life sciences, medical, media, financial services, transportation, and consumer products industries.
- Support litigation and investigation work that addresses complex competition issues in highly competitive markets.
What You Bring
- 3–6 years of experience at a law firm or government agency.
- Experience or demonstrated interest in civil antitrust litigation and investigations.
- Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.
- Superior academic credentials.
- Technology or life sciences sector experience is preferred, but not required.
- Experience with non-antitrust government investigations is valued.
- Clerkship or judicial internship experience is also valued.

Compensation & Benefits
The stated salary range is $260,000–$390,000 based on year classification, and discretionary merit bonuses may be awarded.
