Our client is seeking an Antitrust Associate with 3–7 years of experience to join its Antitrust and Competition team in San Francisco. The role involves representing clients in civil litigation, DOJ and FTC civil conduct investigations, and criminal enforcement matters.
The Work
- Represent clients in civil antitrust litigation, contributing to the handling of disputes involving antitrust and competition issues.
- Work on civil conduct investigations by the Department of Justice and Federal Trade Commission, supporting client representation in agency matters.
- Contribute to representation in criminal enforcement matters involving antitrust law.
- Apply substantive antitrust knowledge across litigation, civil investigations, and criminal enforcement work.
- Use strong legal writing and analytical skills in support of client matters across the team's practice.
What You Bring
- 3–7 years of relevant experience; the stated target law school class years are 2019–2023.
- Substantive knowledge of antitrust law is required.
- Strong legal writing skills.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Top academic credentials.
- Experience working with enforcement agencies is preferred.
- Prior DOJ or FTC government service is also preferred.

Compensation & Benefits
The stated annual compensation range is $260,000–$420,000, with placement dependent on qualifications and operational considerations.
