Join an Atlanta-based Health Care & Life Sciences practice working with organizations at every stage of the industry, from national health systems and global life science enterprises to Fortune 20 companies, emerging digital health organizations, and private equity.

The Work

  • Contribute to legal matters within the health care and life sciences industry, applying regulatory and transactional experience across the practice’s work.
  • Work with national health systems on matters arising in a complex and evolving industry.
  • Support work for global life science enterprises and Fortune 20 companies, with exposure to clients operating at significant scale.
  • Engage with emerging digital health organizations and private equity clients, gaining perspective on varied business models and industry participants.
  • Work on matters involving clients in the United States and abroad as part of a collaborative practice team.

What You Bring

  • Three to five years of legal experience at a large law firm.
  • Significant experience handling legal matters in the health care and life sciences industry.
  • A strong background in regulatory work is preferred.
  • A strong background in transactional work is preferred.
  • Comfort working in a team-oriented environment.
  • Excellent academic credentials.

Compensation & Benefits

The estimated salary range provided is $260,000–$365,000, based on the 2026 Cravath base scale; it is an estimate, not firm-stated compensation.
