Our client is seeking a mid- to senior-level associate with 4–7 years of private equity funds experience to join its Investment Management Group. The opportunity is available in New York, Chicago, or Washington, D.C., and is designed for attorneys bringing relevant law firm or in-house experience.
The Work
- Contribute to legal matters within the group's private equity funds practice, applying your existing experience in this area.
- Join the Investment Management Group as a mid- to senior-level associate, with work aligned to your background and level of experience.
- Engage with private equity funds work; the available position information does not limit the role to particular fund structures, transaction stages, or industries.
- Work from the New York, Chicago, or Washington, D.C. office as part of the group's investment management practice.
What You Bring
- Four to seven years of private equity funds experience.
- Relevant experience in a law firm or, for candidates with a suitable background, in-house.
- Strong academic achievement is preferred.
- Solid law firm experience is preferred.

Compensation & Benefits
The New York position has an expected starting base salary of $310,000–$420,000 and may be eligible for a discretionary year-end bonus.
