Position overview

Our client is seeking Senior Associate- or Counsel-level attorneys to join its New York City Executive Compensation & Benefits group. The role is intended for experienced major-law-firm practitioners whose work includes a significant transactional component.

The Work

  • Handle Executive Compensation & Benefits work in a transactional context, drawing on substantial experience in the practice area.
  • Contribute at the Senior Associate or Counsel level, applying established judgment to matters within the group's Executive Compensation & Benefits practice.
  • Bring a significant transactional background to the work; the position is specifically seeking candidates with experience beyond a purely nontransactional focus.
  • Work within the New York office's Executive Compensation & Benefits group.

What You Bring
